DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Diamond Springs and El Dorado Community Advisory Committee reviews and makes recommendations to staff, Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors regarding development projects and updates to the General Plan within the area designated as the Diamond Springs and El Dorado Community Region. The Committee ensures project adherence to the Missouri Flat Design Guidelines, Diamond Springs Historical Overlay, and Board approved Design Standards.
