Reason for Recommendation:
The Library has received donations from the community and the Friends of the Library for library materials and the Bookmobile program. The Library Director is requesting approval of the attached budget transfer increasing revenues and appropriations in the amount of $65,517.00. Funds will be used to purchase library materials ($55,517) and pay for Bookmobile expenses ($10,000). The Bookmobile will be operating one-day per week.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. Board Chair to sign and Board Clerk to forward budget transfer to Auditor-Controller for processing.
2. Library to purchase library materials and fund bookmobile operations.
