Reason for Recommendation: On 12/10/2009 the District Attorney's Office brought forth version 1 of item #09-1326 requesting the Board authorize the Chairman to sign Schedule A for continuation of a perpetual contract, however, it has since been determined by Procurements and Contracts that a contract is not necessary and that the Board only needs to authorize the continuation of this agreement for a period of one (1) year along with authorization for Procurements and Contracts to increase BP291187 for $10,080.

Action to be taken following Board approval: Procurements and Contracts shall increase BP291187 for $10,080 for the 12 month term (12/1/09-11/30/10); District Attorney will make payment to vendor upon receipt and approval of invoices. The District Attorney's Office will return annually to advise the Board of the on-going perpetual agreement prior to making payment.
