Treasurer-Tax Collector recommending the Board approve amendments to the El Dorado County Investment Policy, pursuant to California Government Code Section 27133.

Reason for Recommendation: Currently, certain investment types limit the total investment per issuer to 5% of the Treasury pool balance. Since the pool balance fluctuates on a daily basis due to cash needs, it is possible the per issuer percentage could be slightly greater than 5% for a short period of time. In order to stay in compliance with the investment policy, the amendment will add "per issuer limitations apply only at the time an investment is purchased".
