Auditor-Controller recommending the Board authorize him to adjust the County's unlocated fixed asset records as outlined in Schedule A to reflect the results of the property records inventory.

The attached Schedule A lists assets that were either missing or disposed of without Board authorization when the departements performed the June 30,2009 required physical inventory. There are also three items listed that have been reported stolen.
The recommendation will allow the Auditor-Controller to remove fixed assets with an acquisition cost of $145,040.31 and having a net book value of $11,877.52 from the County's property records.
