Bragg and Associates.

Reason for Recommendation: On October 8, 2008, the Board approved continuation of Workers' Compensation claims administration by Gregory B. Bragg & Associates. The cost of these services is approximately $250,000 per year. Administration remains the same with the same contract provisions; however, Bragg has been purchased by its parent company, York Insurance Services Group, Inc.-California. This amendment is necessary in order to reflect the name change.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Clerk to return one signed original to department for distribution.
