Reason for Recommendation:
In 2008 the Library received a donation of $10,000 for bookmobile operations that was placed in the Bookmobile Special Revenue Fund. The bookmobile resumed a limited operating schedule in October 2009 using donations from the Friends of the Library. Due to unanticipated repair costs, the Library is requesting a budget transfer of $7,500 from the Bookmobile Special Revenue Fund.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) Chair to sign budget transfer.
2) Library Department to continue bookmobile operations.
