DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The appointment of Donna Elaine Mullens Becker to represent District 2 on the El Dorado County Parks and Recreation Commission. The previous appointment representing District 2 was unable to fulfill her responsibilities as a result a Notice of Vacancy was posted to recruit a replacement. Ms. Mullens Becker applied and Supervisor Turnboo reviewed her application and would like to proceed with her appointment.
