Background: This is a request submitted by JERRY GRIFFIN appealing the conditional approval of Special Use Permit S07-0019/Olde Coloma Theatre by the Planning Commission on April 22, 2010. The property, identified by Assessors Parcel Number 006-290-04, consisting of 19,602 square feet, is located on the south side of Monument Road, approximately 100 feet west of the intersection with Cold Springs Road, in the Coloma area, Supervisorial District IV.
