Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: The not-to-exceed amount of this Agreement is $1,025,000 for the three year term. There is no Net County Cost associated with this Agreement.

Compensation for Services: Payments are made to Contractor based upon monthly invoicing at specified billing rates for actual services performed and documented per contract requirements. Services and rates are detailed in Exhibit “B” of the contract.

Contract Termination: This Agreement includes the County’s standard Fiscal Considerations termination language, as well as a provision for the County to terminate the Agreement without cause in seven (7) calendar days upon written notice.

Reason for Recommendation: Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. has been providing long-term 24-hour care and treatment to seriously mentally ill County adults (18 and older) for over nine years. Crestwood has a number of locations throughout northern California offering various types and levels of care, based on the client’s needs.
