Acquisition costs are $500, with title and escrow fees of $1,000 for a total estimated cost of $1,500. The Silver Springs Parkway (Offsite Improvements) Project #76108 is funded by 2004 General Plan Traffic Impact Mitigation (TIM) funds. There is no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Background:
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has been working in conjunction with the developer of the Silver Springs subdivision to prepare plans and specifications for improvements to a segment of Bass Lake Road from Madera Drive north to existing Hill Road, and from that point north to the end of existing Hill Road, constructing the southerly segment of the new Silver Springs Parkway (Offsite Improvements) Project #76108.
