Diamond Springs and El Dorado Community Advisory Committee to receive an informational presentation regarding the following project: DR20-0001 - El Dorado Senior Village Modification (Sergei Oleshko / El Dorado Senior Housing LLC). This project is a staff-level modification request to an approved Senate Bill 35 streamlined ministerial housing project (DR20-0001 - El Dorado Senior Village) at APNs 331-221-035-000, 331-221-036-000 to construct two three-story residential buildings (62,586 square feet (sf) each) and two community buildings (2,730 sf each) for a total of 130,632 sf with 144 units. The currently approved plan, modified from the original approval, comprises 18 two-and three-story primary residential buildings (total ~136,789 sf) and two community buildings (3,841 sf each) for a total of 144,471 sf with 149 units. The project is located on the south side of Pleasant Valley Road, approximately 600 feet west of the intersection with Koki Lane in the El Dorado - Diamond Springs Community Region, Supervisorial District 3.
