Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Fallen Leaf Lake Community Services District will be billed for actual cost to conduct the election. The Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said district.
Reason for Recommendation: Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction. The results of the votes cast at the Fallen Leaf Lake Community Services District Mail Ballot Election held August 31, 2010, were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on September 1, 2010 and are submitted herewith.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Return signed minute order to Elections Division.
