Reason for Recommendation: A signed resolution is required for the District Attorney to sign the Grant Award Agreement with the Department of Insurance.

Action to be taken following Board approval:  Certified copy of signed resolution to be forwarded to District Attorney's Office for file.  Grant Award Letters will be signed by District Attorney and mailed to Department of Insurance.
