Hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on Rezone Z08-0011/Jose Wine Cave on property identified by Assessor's Parcel Number 088-440-13, consisting of 40.01 acres, in the Coloma area, submitted by Alfonso P. Elena; and recommending the Board take the following actions:
1) Adopt the Negative Declaration based on the Initial Study prepared by staff;
2) Approve Z08-0011 rezoning APN 088-440-13 from Residential Agricultural-20 (RA-20) to Planned Agricultural (PA) based on the Findings listed in Attachment 1; and
