Body
Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
There is no fiscal impact and no net County cost associated with this item.

Reason for Recommendation:
Public utility and drainage easements, as shown on St. Andrews Village Unit No. 1 final map recorded in Book C of Subdivision Maps at Page 95, were irrevocably offered in perpetuity to the County of El Dorado and accepted by the Board of Supervisors in June of 1962. Lots A, 1, 2, 3 and 4 of said subdivision map were later reconfigured by several parcel maps, the most recent map was filed for record with the El Dorado County Recorder in Book 47 of Parcel Maps at Page 73, in July of 2000. This request is followed by a concurrent Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a replacement drainage easement, redesigned to allow for further commercial development of the subject Parcel D. The subject property is situated between El Dorado Hills Boulevard and Park Drive, north of US Highway 50, in El Dorado Hills.

All other existing easements will remain. The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed the request and has no objection.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) The Board Clerk will obtain the Chair's signature on said Resolutions.
2) The Board Clerk will send said Resolutions and IODs to the Recorder/Clerk's Office for...
