Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: No change. The Agreement is funded by Federal and State dollars with required County match met primarily with realignment resources. Funds have been budgeted for FY 2010-11 and will be included in the Department's budget request for fiscal years 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14.

Compensation: Payments to contractor are made within forty-five (45) days following the County’s receipt and approval of itemized invoices identifying services rendered. Compensation is based upon specified billing rates for actual services performed and documented per contract requirements. Most rates are tied to the current Drug Medi-Cal reimbursement rates. Services and rates are detailed on pages 7 through 8 of Agreement 268-S1111.

Termination: Agreement includes the County’s standard Fiscal Considerations termination language as well as a provision for the County to terminate the Agreement without cause in seven (7) calendar days upon written notice.
