Supervisor Santiago recommending the Board consider rescheduling the meeting at the El Dorado Community Foundation to February 15, 2011, at noon, to meet Foundation Board Members and hear a Presentation by Bill Roby, Executive Director. (Refer 1/25/11, Item 22)

On January 25, 2010 the Board approved the meeting / luncheon for February 8, 2011, however due to scheduling Supervisor Santiago would like to move the meeting to February 15, 2011.
Bill Roby, Executive Director of the El Dorado Community Foundation, will present an outline that illustrates an emerging public private partnership in the provision of care for those in need throughout the County of El Dorado. Accomplishments during the course of the last couple of years have laid the groundwork and foundation to expand upon a public private partnership between county departments, the Foundation and a collaborative of non profits, faith community, and non governmental organizations. This meeting will outline what is on the horizon in the delivery of critical community care and services and what is possible.
Meeting at the El Dorado Community Foundation will include lunch and is located at 3097 Cedar Ravine Road, Placerville, CA 95667
