Background: Pursuant to Section 27131 of the California Government Code, The Board of Supervisors shall confirm the Treasurer's nomination of committee members for the Treasury Policy Oversight Committee. The Superintendent of Schools and El Dorado Hills Community Services
District Board of Directors Member are existing members; this will be Ms. Daly's first term on the Committee. Ms. Erbe-Hamlin retired in December 2010 and Ms. Daly will be filling her position on the Treasury Policy Oversight Committee.
