TGFT Productions / Bike the West with the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority and the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association propose to conduct the Lake Tahoe Legends Ride in conjunction with the Start at the Top Amgen Tour of California Weekend an event that will temporarily impede and restrict the free passage of traffic over State Highway Routes 50 and 89 on Saturday, May 14, 2011, between Stateline through South Lake Tahoe and the county line at Tahoma between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00am.
Pursuant to the requirements of Caltrans, local jurisdictions must acknowledge, by resolution, the temporary traffic restrictions involving state routes and highways due to special events.
