Background:
On August 25, 2009 the Board authorized the Chair to sign Contract R970535-20 with Golden Sierra Job Training Agency (GSJTA) in the amount of $769,850 for provision of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Workforce Investment Act program services during the term February 17, 2009 through June 30, 2011 and further authorized the Director of Human Services, or successor, to execute subsequent documents relating to said contract, including amendments thereto, that did not effect to total dollar amount or term.
