Reason for Recommendation:
The Construction Contract for the Access Control/CCTV/Intrusion Alarm System for the Human Services/Child Support Services/Health Services Departments Placerville & South Lake Tahoe Project (Project) was approved by the Board on February 15, 2011. The Project was completed on June 17, 2011. Execution of the Notice of Acceptance will start legal time frames for guarantees and a lien period.
