Body
Boulder Bump Road is a non-county maintained private dirt road that provides access to approximately 18 private parcels.  The owners of these private parcels each contributes funds towards the efforts to help maintain the road.  In preparation for winter rain, the Boulder Bump Road property owners contributed towards a road maintence project.  The County of El Dorado made a determination that the improvements to the road would need to meet current County Road Standards.  Supervisor Briggs recommends the Board approve the refund of $1,022.00, representing the permit application fees that were required by the County as part of the determination that the improvement work to this private road meet County standards.
