The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 042-321-007, consisting of 10.05 acres, is located on the north side of Rainbow Trail, approximately 370 feet east of the intersection with Loch Leven Drive, in the Pollock Pines area, submitted by Public Safety Towers, LLC.
Staff recommends the Planning Commission take the following action:
