The project site is located near the El Dorado and Amador County line, and it is generally situated east of State Route (SR) 49 and south of Sand Ridge Road, submitted by Cybele Holdings; staff recommends the Planning Commission take the following actions:
1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration based on the Initial Study prepared by staff;
2) Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines Section 15074(d), incorporated as Conditions of Approval; and
