| 1 | 1. | Agenda Item | Hearing to consider Grizzly Flats Community Center Project (Conditional Use Permit CUP26-0002) request for the construction and operation of a 6,953-square-foot community center with basketball court, playground, and associated improvements on property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 041-290-007, consisting of 20 acres, is located on the western terminus of Pinehaven Drive, approximately 600 feet west from the intersection with Tyler Drive, in the Grizzly Flats area, submitted by El Dorado Community Fund (Agent: Amy Pooley, El Dorado Community Foundation);
staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Find Conditional Use Permit CUP26-0002 to be exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15183, Projects Consistent with a General Plan, of the CEQA Guidelines; and
2) Approve Conditional Use Permit CUP26-0002, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.
