The proposed Project is located on a 12.42-acre property adjacent to the existing Community Health Center which was constructed in 2022 on the same parcel. A Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) was prepared and circulated for public comment and review in 2021. A Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) is being prepared for public review.
