The item before the Board is recommending an extension of the sunset date to February 12, 2028 for Board of Supervisors Policy E-10, Lactation Accommodation and Break Policy. No additional changes are proposed at this time.

The Board may choose not to approve the extension of the sunset date; direct staff to make additional modifications; or take no action.
