Title: Transportation Department recommending Resolution acknowledging, but rejecting at this time, Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 2006-26) from Serrano Associates, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, for an easement for road purposes; and accepting an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for an easement for public utility purposes; said easements are located on a segment of Beckett Drive, PM 48/137, Parcel D in the El Dorado Hills area and are necessary as a condition of approval of Tentative Map TM01-1375F. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 383-2006.
