DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Robert Joshua Lehr and Ashlyn Carol Lehr, husband and wife, as community property with right of survivorship, owners of Assessor's Parcel Number 117-200-006, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate a portion of the rear Drainage easement located on said property. The portion of the easement to be abandoned is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The Drainage easement, as shown on Lot 45 of Stonebriar Unit No. 3, recorded in Book I of Subdivisions at Page 98, was offered to the County of El Dorado by Stonebriar, LP. A California Limited Partnership By: William Lyon Homes, Inc. A California Corporation Its General Partner, on February 20, 2001. The easement was acknowledged by the County of El Dorado on June 5, 2001, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on June 8, 2001.

OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT
Department of Transportation, has not used said portion of subject easement for the purpose for which it was dedicated and finds no present or future need exists for said portion of subject easement and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, has issued a letter to that effect. Counsel has approved the resolution.
