Background
On June 19, 2013, the California Department of Aging (CDA) released Program Memo PM 13-06(P) notifying Area Agencies on Aging that the FY 2013-14 agreement for Title III/VII senior services would be broken into two separate agreements to realize Sequester savings within the Federal Fiscal Year.
