Reason for Recommendation
Sergeant Chovanec recently retired from the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office and desires to purchase his service weapon. As the duty weapon is in current use by the Sheriff's Department, Sergeant Chovanec will pay the replacement value, in accordance with Sheriff's Office policy, in the amount of $409.00 plus tax.
The weapon to be declared as surplus is:
Glock 22, .40 caliber, Serial #DRT541
Action to be taken following approval
Upon approval of the recommendation, the Procurement & Contracts Division will process the necessary surplus property paperwork, and the Sheriff's Department shall process payment.
