Background: On Monday, September 13, 2010, the Board began the FY 2010-11 Budget Hearings.  At that time the Board was informed of personnel changes associated with the FY 2010-11 Addenda Budget process.  The attached resolution incorporates the changes discussed during the Budget Hearings.
 
Attached is an amended personnel allocation resolution deleting 13 vacant positions and 3.5 filled positions, and adding 11.5 positions for a net reduction of 5 FTE's.  The filled positions will be subject to a reduction in force process.  Every effort will be made to place RIF'd employees in other vacant county positions.  
 
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Chairman to sign the amended personnel allocation resolution and forward to Human Resources for implementation.
