Reason for Recommendation:
The FY 2010-11 In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority and IHSS Advisory Committee Annual Report reflects activities and accomplishments during the past fiscal year that have enhanced services for IHSS recipients and their care providers and increased community awareness of this vital program. The attached report describes the IHSS program, the IHSS Public Authority's responsibilities and the IHSS Advisory Committee's functions.
