Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
Procurement and Contracts has been advised that funding is available as follows:

Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) is 100% Federal funding.

Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment (CAPIT) is 90% funded from sales tax dollars from the State that will be applied to the realigned programs with the vendor providing the 10% match.

Reason for Recommendation
At the request of Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA), the Procurement and Contracts division issued a Request for Proposal for Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment (CAPIT) Program and the Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) Family Preservation and Family Time-Limited Reunification components.
