Background
Mr.Kelley Rogers obtained the lease from the county a year ago for the store next to Joe's Skate Park. On May 14, 2013, this Board approved the renewal of this lease. Mr. Rogers has been instrumental in turning this Skate Park around and with the lease for the store he is at the Skate Park daily. He would like to share some of the many accomplishments that he and the County have had with the Skate Park over the past few years.
