The Transportation Division (Division) will provide a deposit of $30,000 to the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) upon execution of the Agreement. The $30,000 is an estimate and the Division will be required to fund actual costs. In the past, the Division was not required to pay Caltrans for its review and approval of the Project Study Report - Project Report (PSR/PR); however, Caltrans now requires compensation for these services.
