Background
The US DOJ DEA annually provides funds to the County of El Dorado Sheriff's Office to defray costs relating to the eradication and suppression of illicit marijuana. This Agreement is retroactive as to term (1/1/13 - 12/31/13). The County received the Agreement from the DOJ and completed its review recently. The Sheriff's Office has acknowledged its intent to comply with this recommendation.
