Background
The drainage easement, as shown on Lot 65 of "RUBICON PROPERTIES UNIT NO 2, SECTION 3", recorded at Book C of Subdivisions at Page 09 was offered to the County of El Dorado by, Irving Williams and Virginia J. Williams, on April 29, 1959. The easement was accepted by the County of El Dorado on May 25, 1959 and the Subdivision Map recorded on May 25,1959.

Reason for Recommendation:
A request has been submitted by The Hanesworth Limited Partnership, L.P., owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 016-435-01, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate a 10 foot drainage easement located on the side boundary of subject property. Said easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A, and depicted in Exhibit B of attached Resolution.

The El Dorado County Transportation Department has not used said easement for the purpose for which it was dedicated and finds no present or future need exists for that easement and does not object to its vacation.

The County Surveyor's Office has reviewed the request, and recommends the Board approve and adopt the Resolution of Vacation terminating and abandoning the described drainage easement.

Action(s) to be taken following Board approval
1) Clerk of the Board to obtain the Chair's signature on the Resolution.
2) Clerk of the Board to record the Resolution and attached Exhibits.
3) Clerk of the Board to return a copy of the recorded Resolution and attached Exhibits to the Surveyor's Office for further processing.
