Background
The Board approved Amendment I to Agreement for Services No. 218-S1310 with Architectural Nexus, Inc. on July 23, 2013 to expand the scope to include the creation of construction documents and increase compensation by $249,145 to facilitate the work on the Animal Shelter Project; Amendment No. II on August 20, 2013, to clarify subconsultant compensation; and, Amendment No. III on June 10, 2014, to expand the scope to include an animal surgery center and increase compenstaiton by $15,000.
Reason for Recommendation
The purpose of Amendment IV is to update the Consultant's name from Architectural Nexus, Inc. Architectural Nexus, Inc. doing business as Anova Nexus, Inc. to just Architectural Nexus, Inc There is no change to compensation or term.
