Background
On October 17, 2014, at approximately 8:00 am, a Deputy with the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office contacted a white male adult in his 30’s near Cable Road in Camino. A struggle ensued and the suspect retrieved a handgun. The suspect fired at the Deputy; however, the Deputy was not injured. The suspect was wearing a flannel shirt, blue pants and boots. The suspect was further described as having a shaved head with a goatee, approximately 6'-1? to 6'-2?, and approximately 200-250 pounds. The suspect was last seen driving away on Cable Road in a white, single cab Dodge pickup with no license plate.
