Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
There is no Fiscal Impact or change to Net County Cost associaed with the requested Board action.

Reason for Recommendation
The contract for the CSA 5 Upper Area Erosion Control Project (Project) was approved by the Board on August 12, 2014. The Project was completed on October 9, 2014. Recordation of the Notice of Acceptance will start legal time frames for guarantees, a lien period and return of retention monies. Recordation of the Notice of Acceptance will also start the one-year time frame for releasing the Payment and Performance Bonds to the Surety.

The budget for direct construction costs for this Project, as reflected in the Community Development Agency, Transportation Division's (Transportation) 2014 Capital Improvement Program, was $245,000. The estimated total direct construction costs of the Project are listed below:
