2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order in the amount of $29,401.00 plus all required taxes and fees (estimated not to exceed $3,000) following Board approval.

Background
In December, 2014, the Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts, on behalf of the Community Development Agency, Transportation Division, Fleet Unit (Fleet), issued Bid #15-070-022, for the purchase of New Fleet Vehicles. On February 3, 2015 (Legistar # 15-0029), upon recommendation by the Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts, your Board awarded this bid to multiple low qualified bidders for various new Fleet vehicles.
Community Development Agency, Environmental Management Division, Vector Control Unit (EMD) is requesting to purchase one new 2015 Ford F150, four wheel drive, crew cab, four door pick-up to replace a 1995 Chevy, three-quarter ton, four wheel drive truck, identified as vehicle #99-363, (Truck).
