DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
County Surveyor's Office recommending the Board consent to and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 16-001) from SERRANO ASSOCIATES LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABLITY COMPANY, for road right-of-way in fee and a Public Utility Easement located on and identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 121-210-03 and 121-210-04. Authorization for recording said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

DISCUSSION BACKGROUND:
The County Surveyor's Office received a request from Community Development Agency, Transportation Division to process an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 16-001), for a road right-of-way in fee and a Public Utility Easement located on and identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 121-210-03 and 121-210-04. The offer was made by SERRANO ASSOCIATES LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABLITY COMPANY. IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT was signed, February 1, 2016. This offer is in support of the El Dorado Hills Specific Plan - Bike Trail Project, and is a portion of Silva Valley Parkway.
