Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: No impact to Net County Cost. Revised fines and fees incorporated into FY 2007-08 Proposed Budget.

Reason for Recommendation: Library Fines and Fees are reviewed from time to time to determine that they do not exceed the actual cost of providing library services, that they are in compliance with State law, and that they generally are similar to other public libraries in the region.
