Background:
 
Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a drainage easement situated along the rear boundary line, for the subject property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 115-380-17, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" of the attached Resolution. Said dedication is being made by Christopher S. Carter and Casey J. Carter, and is necessary due to recent grading and the installation of new drainage facilities.  The subject property location lies south of Green Valley Road and west of Bass Lake Road, in El Dorado Hills.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1)  Said Resolution will be recorded.
 
2)  A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owners.
 
3)  A Certificate of Correction may be recorded.
