FUNDING: The amount paid by County is recovered from CSA No. 3 and CSA No. 7.

There is no Net County Cost associated with this agreement. Sufficient appropriations are included in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014-15 Budgets for County Service Area No. 3 and for County Service Area No. 7, and will be included in future County Budgets for the term of the Agreement.

Background
El Dorado County and Medical Priority Consultants, Inc., entered into an agreement with no stated termination date effective April 1, 2000, to ensure ongoing software maintenance, update and support services beyond the period covered by an initial license fee for the two emergency medical services dispatch products, used for all Medic Unit dispatch, referred to as "ProQA" and "AQUA."
