DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On January 27, 2015, the Board entered into perpetual Agreement 357-S1511 with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of a new Civil Process software solution and for maintenance and support of the software.
The perpetual agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. automatically renews on January 27, 2017. The yearly compensation for the maintenance and support of the agreement is $5,657.
