1) Authorize the County Purchasing Agent to sign retroactive Agreement for Services 228-S1411 with Barnes & Thornburg LLP, for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Regulatory Compliance Services for the Placerville and Georgetown Airports, for a not-to-exceed amount of $29,500, for the period of July 1, 2013, to July 31, 2017; and
2) Authorize the County Purchasing Agent to sign Agreement for Services 066-S1810 with Barnes & Thornburg LLP, for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Regulatory Compliance Services for the Placerville and Georgetown Airports, for a not-to-exceed amount of $30,000, with an effective date retroactive to July 1, 2017, for contract period through July 31, 2020.
