Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None. The agreement for project evaluation of the El Dorado County Safety Net Technology Project / Access El Dorado (ACCEL) is funded by the AHRQ grant.

Background: In 2006, Marshall Medical Center and El Dorado County collaborated on and were awarded the AHRQ Technology Implementation Grant. A portion of this grant was allocated for project evaluation and review by The SPHERE Institute.

At this time, AHRQ has awarded an extension to the term of the Technology Project agreement through September 29, 2009.
